How long does my order take?
Please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for production of custom orders. Shipping typically takes an additional 3-5 business days.
Do you accept rush orders?

Yes! Shipping is available for eligible orders. Shipping costs are calculated based on the order.
Is pickup available?
Pickup may be available for local orders. Available pickup information will be provided when your order is confirmed.
When does production begin?
Production begins after your required payment has been recived and all necessary order information has been submitted.
Can I make changes after ordering?
Contact us as soon as possible. Once your design has been approved production has started, changes may not be possible and additonal charges may apply.
Can I send inspiration pictures?
Absolutely! Inspiration photos are encouraged for custom orders. They help communicate the overall look you're going for. Inspiration images are used as a reference and may not be duplicated exactly.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Because custom products are made specifically for each customer, custom sales are final. Refunds, returns, and excahnges are not accepted unless there is an issue caused by us.
What if I entered the wrong name, date, or infromation?
Customers are responsible for reviewing all infromation submitted for their order. Please make sure all details are correct before approving your design.
Can you create something that isnt listed on the website?
Possibly! I foyu have an idea for something you don't see in the shop, submit a custom order request and provide as much information as possible.
